Using tools and practices centered around creativity and mindfulness, experience the calming effects of art, music, and mindful movement. This program supports the ālove and belongingā and āesteemā stages of Maslowās Hierarchy of Needs and focuses on Whole Student Education. We will empower students by sharing self-regulation strategies that can support themĀ when the strain of friendships, school, or work become overwhelming.
