Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Sage, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Soften butter by leaving on the counter for 1 hour.
  • Add the softened butter, herbs, and seasonings to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir well and combine.
  • Taste and adjust the salt.
  • Transfer to a serving dish or roll into a log.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to two months.
