Spring Wild Flower Hike: Lewis Township

Join the Greenacres education and research teams on a hike through the woodlands at Lewis Township. We will explore the area’s natural beauty, looking for spring wildflowers in bloom. These short-lived species generally bloom mid-March through early May and vary in shape and color.

Please dress for the weather and prepare for potentially muddy conditions. This event will be held rain or shine, unless the weather is dangerous.

Be prepared for uneven terrain and muddy trails.

General Information

• • Register in advance as space is limited
  • Adult tickets are available and tickets for children (ages 7-17) are only available for purchase with a participating adult
  • Closed-toed shoes are required; please wear shoes that can get dirty and are comfortable for hiking
  • No strollers permitted
  • No pets may be brought to Greenacres
  • Greenacres Foundation is privately operating; all guests on property must be accompanied by a Greenacres representative at all times.
