Begin your morning surrounded by the beauty of Greenacres with a peaceful and restorative yoga experience in the gardens. Mindfulness Yoga in the Gardens invites guests to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with both nature and self through guided meditation, gentle movement, and community.
Led by yoga instructor Hollie Nesbitt of Hello Sunshine Yoga, this immersive morning will include a mindfulness meditation session followed by an all-levels yoga practice designed to cultivate presence, balance, and calm. After yoga, guests are invited to relax and refresh with cold-pressed juice from Green Farm Juicery featuring ingredients grown at Greenacres.
Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, this experience offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with the natural world through mindful movement and reflection.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and arrive ready to enjoy a relaxing morning outdoors.
Tickets are $15 per person.
