Farm To Table: Summer Dinner

Join us for a unique experience prepared by Oakley Wines! Enjoy a cocktail hour with a carefully-curated cocktail experience, where you get to choose your own Greenacres-grown beverage garnishes, while the Greenacres Garden Team educates you on our gardening practices. The 4-course dinner menu features a selection of Greenacres meats and produce, ensuring each bite is fresh and full of local flavor. Each course will be paired with a specially-selected wine from Oakley Wines.

To compliment the sights of our summer garden, we recommend dressing in your Garden Party best!

Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 pm. Dinner service will begin at 6:30 pm.

About Oakley Wines

At The Rhined & Oakley Wines, the focus is on small, family producers who are farmers first. Producers who spend more time in the pasture, focusing on the health and happiness of their herd, and in the vineyard, creating lively vineyards with birds and bugs and bees. Because of their time focused on the starting ingredients, the final product doesn’t need to be manipulated. The cheesemaker or winemaker simply guides the process so that the final product, cheese or wine, is a representation of that place, and their farm. Low intervention production with the highest quality ingredients is what you’ll find at The Rhined & Oakley Wines. 

    Chef David Saffles has been sizzling for a decade. A former paramedic who found his way into the kitchen, cutting his teeth and sharpening his craft from casual to fine dining restaurants. Lover of delicate food, with an affection for experience, pairings, and finding that unexpected delight.

    Katie Reeder, Wine Director at Oakley Wines, has worked in the restaurant and bar industry since high school and has had many career paths along the way to Wine Director – Ceramicist, Art Teacher, Graphic Designer, Production Director, Social Media Director, Restaurateur, cheesemonger (one of her all time favorites,) but between all of them she always landed back in food and wine. She believes there is a kind of specialness to food and wine that can really only be described by experiencing it. How we discover new flavors we’ve never had before, how they continue to develop and change once a bottle has been opened, how we share and learn about the people we’re with over passed plates and filled glasses. It’s here she has found her passion.

    Stephanie Webster, Founder and Owner, founded The Rhined (2017) & Oakley Wines (2018). From high school biology teacher to cheese and wine bar owner, the path to entrepreneurship was not straightforward, as it never is. After many years of college, then grad school, then various jobs, Stephanie finally found what she wanted to do when she grew up – “change lives through good wine and good food.” 

    Tickets are $150 per person. Tickets must be purchased online, due to limited capacity walk-ins will not be accepted at this time.
