Community Maple Day: Miami Township Clermont County

Just a 10-minute drive from our Indian Hill campus, Greenacres Miami Township Clermont County is the perfect spot to celebrate maple season! Discover the art of making maple syrup, both past and present. Enjoy a short hike through our sugar bush, try your hand at drilling a tap hole, and visit the evaporator to see how sap is transformed into syrup. This program is designed for school-aged children, ages 5 and up, and takes place primarily outdoors. Please dress for the weather to fully enjoy this hands-on experience!

Be prepared for uneven terrain and muddy trails.

    • Adult tickets are available and tickets for children (ages 5-17) are only available for purchase with a participating adult
    • Closed-toed shoes are required; please wear shoes that can get dirty and are comfortable for hiking
    • No strollers permitted
    • No pets may be brought to Greenacres
    • Greenacres Foundation is privately operating; all guests on property must be accompanied by a Greenacres representative at all times.
