Greenacres Foundation may communicate with customers, participants, volunteers, visitors, community members, and employees regarding programs, events, scheduling, services, employment matters, operations, educational opportunities, safety information, and organizational updates.

SMS Program Description
The Greenacres Foundation SMS program provides informational and operational messages to individuals who have opted in. Messages are not sent for third-party marketing purposes.

SMS/text messages from Greenacres Foundation may include:

- Program or educational notifications
- Scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Volunteer or participation updates
- Payroll deadlines and timecard reminders
- Onboarding requirements and account-related notifications

Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship and interactions with Greenacres Foundation, account activity, workplace circumstances, and the programs or services in which you participate.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. Greenacres Foundation does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS program.
SMS Opt-In Consent
Greenacres Foundation may collect SMS consent verbally at our locations, during employee onboarding, or over the phone. Before enrollment, staff describe the types of messages an individual may receive and ask for clear verbal confirmation that the individual agrees to receive SMS communications.
Individuals may also opt in through an SMS enrollment process when one is made available. Enrollment instructions provide the keyword and phone number to use. After initiating enrollment, the individual receives a welcome message explaining the service, message frequency, potential message and data rates, HELP and STOP instructions, and links to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The individual may be asked to reply Y to confirm enrollment before additional messages are sent.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional, may be withdrawn at any time, and is not a condition of employment, participation, purchase, or receiving other Greenacres Foundation services.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If the individual answers yes: “Thank you. You are enrolled in Greenacres Foundation text notifications and will receive a confirmation message shortly.”
Opt-In Confirmation
After enrollment, Greenacres Foundation sends a confirmation message identifying the program, describing message frequency, disclosing that message and data rates may apply, and providing instructions to reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
