Join us for an unforgettable summer evening celebrating seasonal abundance and the art of fine dining. Set amidst the stunning grounds of the Greenacres Arts Center, this elegant farm-to-table event will feature a five-course menu thoughtfully created by Chef Travis Maier, Director of Catering at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment, and paired with exceptional wines from Terratorium.
Each course will highlight peak-season ingredients grown just steps away in Greenacres’ gardens and pastures—including a featured dish of 100% grassfed and grass-finished steak, raised with care and intention right here on our property.
The evening begins at 5:30 PM with a garden cocktail hour and light bites. Guests can enjoy an open bar while strolling through the formal gardens and visiting interactive education stations hosted by the Greenacres Garden Team. Topics include our composting process, harvesting methods, seasonal flowers, and a spotlight on the herbs and vegetables featured in the evening’s courses.
At 6:30 PM, guests will be seated for a five-course, chef-crafted dinner, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a selection from Terratorium Wines. Throughout the meal, our staff will highlight how the evening’s ingredients made their way from Greenacres’ soil to your plate—bringing the farm-to-table story full circle.
We invite you to dress in summer garden party attire and join us for a relaxed yet refined evening of food, wine, and connection with nature.

Terratorium Wines is rooted in the belief that wine should be an experience that connects people to nature, place, and each other. The name “Terratorium” comes from the origin word for terroir, the French concept that the land itself shapes the character of each wine. At Terratorium, this idea is at the heart of everything they do. With a focus on transparency, sustainability, and small-lot production, Terratorium partners with growers who share a commitment to responsible farming and expressive winemaking. Each bottle is crafted to reflect its origin honestly, without unnecessary manipulation, and with deep respect for the land and those who care for it. Terratorium wines are made with care and intention. They are created for curious palates, meaningful moments, and a deeper connection to where your wine comes from.
Founder and winemaker Ben Matthews discovered his passion for wine while studying abroad in Germany, where the diversity of Riesling and the beauty of steep vineyard slopes sparked a lifelong interest. After years of home winemaking and formal training through UC Davis, Ben left his corporate career to work a harvest at Seavey Vineyard in Napa Valley with winemaker Jim Duane. That experience helped shape the vision for Terratorium, a winery focused on thoughtful viticulture, honest expression, and a deep connection to place.
