During this special gathering\, you will meet our garden team\, connect with both returning and new Cultivation Club members\, and learn about the generative agriculture practices that help us grow flowers and vegetables while improving soil health. \nThis event is also an opportunity to learn about our Community Science project focused on pollinators in the garden. Cultivation Club members play an important role in collecting pollinator data throughout the growing season. During the kickoff\, we will review findings from the 2025 season and explore how these efforts are helping us better understand and support pollinator populations at Greenacres. \nThe Greenacres Cultivation Club meets once a month throughout the growing season. Volunteers assist in the gardens\, learn from our horticulture team\, and help care for this thriving educational space that serves more than 30\,000 students each year. \nRegistration for the kickoff closes: Thursday\, April 23 at 10:00 am \n2026 Cultivation Club Workdays\nWorkdays for the 2026 season take place from 8:00–10:00 am on the following dates: \n\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, May 16\nSaturday\, June 13\nSaturday\, July 18\nSaturday\, August 15\nSaturday\, September 19\nSaturday\, October 24\n\n\n\n\n\nParticipants are asked to attend at least two workdays during the season. We recommend reviewing your calendar ahead of the kickoff event so you can plan which dates work best for you. \nInterested in Volunteering with the Greenacres Cultivation Club?\nThis program is open to participants ages 16 and older. \nClick the registration button to sign up for the kickoff breakfast on Saturday\, April 25 from 8:00–10:00 am. During the event\, we will share more about the program\, answer questions\, and provide details about the upcoming season.
