Each course will be paired with a specially-selected wine from Oakley Wines. \nTo compliment the sights of our summer garden\, we recommend dressing in your Garden Party best! \nCocktail hour begins at 5:30 pm. The cheesemaker or winemaker simply guides the process so that the final product\, cheese or wine\, is a representation of that place\, and their farm. She believes there is a kind of specialness to food and wine that can really only be described by experiencing it. How we discover new flavors we’ve never had before\, how they continue to develop and change once a bottle has been opened\, how we share and learn about the people we’re with over passed plates and filled glasses.
