The performance will take place in the Grand Tent at the Greenacres Arts Center and will last for approximately 1 hour. \nTimeline\n\n5:30pm – VIP Cocktail Hour Begins\n6:30pm – General Admission Cocktail Hour Begins (Open Bar Closes)\n7:00pm – Begin Seating for the Performance\n7:30pm – Concert Begins (Bars Close)\n8:45pm – Concert Ends  \nTickets\nThere are three types of tickets for this year’s Celebration Concert. We will have VIP tickets\, Grand Tent General Admission\, and Tented Lawn General Admission. VIP Tickets will go on sale Monday\, July 27th at 11:00am. General Admission Tickets will go on sale Monday\, July 27th at 12:00pm. \nVIP Tickets – $100\nWith the purchase of a VIP ticket you get an exclusive cocktail hour in the gorgeous gardens of the Greenacres Arts Center from 5:30pm-6:30pm. During this time you can enjoy passed appetizers\, open bar\, early access to seat selection and a photo opportunity with John Morris Russell\, conductor of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra. Once the VIP cocktail hour ends\, General Admission ticket holders will join you in the gardens for another hour of mingling and fun. The bars will then switch to cash bar and passed appetizers will no longer be offered after 6:30pm. If you also purchased pre-ordered meals and snacks\, pickup will be available at any time during the VIP or General Admission cocktail hours. \nGrand Tent General Admission Tickets – $40\nWith the purchase of a Grand Tent General Admission ticket you will have access to a pre-event cocktail hour starting at 6:30pm. During this cocktail hour you will have access to roam about the gardens\, cash bar\, and time to pick up your pre-ordered meals. You will select your seat from inside the Grand Tent space. Early admission will not be accommodated.\n \nTented Lawn General Admission Tickets – $30\nWith the purchase of a Tented Lawn General Admission ticket you will have access to a pre-event cocktail hour starting at 6:30pm. During this cocktail hour you will have access to roam about the gardens\, cash bar\, and time to pick up your pre-ordered meals. You will select your seat from inside the Tented Lawn space. Early admission will not be accommodated. \nPlease note that no outside food or drink will be permitted at this event. Tickets must be purchased in advance\, and due to limited capacity\, walk-ins will not be accepted. Refunds\, exchanges\, and ticket transfers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. \nPre-Ordered Meals & Snacks\nPre-Ordered Meals and Snacks will be available to purchase with event tickets on Monday\, July 27th. Sales for pre-ordered food will close on Wednesday\, August 26th. \nAttire\n\nAs this event takes place outside\, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably for the weather. If you prefer to wear a sport coat or a dress\, you are welcome to do so. If jeans or shorts are more your style\, that’s acceptable as well!
