This immersive experience will introduce participants to common invasive plant species found in local woodlands\, alongside key native plants that support a healthy ecosystem. \nAlong the trail\, participants will explore both invasive and native plant communities while visiting active ecological restoration sites. The team will also share practical management approaches used at Greenacres and discuss how these methods support long-term habitat health. \nBy the end of the hike\, participants will have a stronger ability to identify invasive plants on their own property\, a clearer understanding of control strategies\, and a deeper appreciation for the native species that sustain healthy woodlands. \nThis event is intended for guests ages 16+. \nTickets\n\n\n\n\n\nGeneral Admission: Free\nThe final day to purchase tickets is Friday\, August 28\, 2026 at 12:00 PM.\nTickets for teens (ages 16+) are only available for purchase with a participating adult\n\n\n\n\n\nTickets must be purchased in advance\, and due to limited capacity\, walk-ins will not be accepted. The performance will take place in the Grand Tent at the Greenacres Arts Center and will last for approximately 1 hour. \nTimeline\n\n5:30pm – VIP Cocktail Hour Begins\n6:30pm – General Admission Cocktail Hour Begins (Open Bar Closes)\n7:00pm – Begin Seating for the Performance\n7:30pm – Concert Begins (Bars Close)\n8:45pm – Concert Ends  \nTickets\nThere are three types of tickets for this year’s Celebration Concert. We will have VIP tickets\, Grand Tent General Admission\, and Tented Lawn General Admission. VIP Tickets will go on sale Monday\, July 27th at 11:00am. General Admission Tickets will go on sale Monday\, July 27th at 12:00pm. \nVIP Tickets – $100\nWith the purchase of a VIP ticket you get an exclusive cocktail hour in the gorgeous gardens of the Greenacres Arts Center from 5:30pm-6:30pm. During this time you can enjoy passed appetizers\, open bar\, early access to seat selection and a photo opportunity with John Morris Russell\, conductor of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra. Once the VIP cocktail hour ends\, General Admission ticket holders will join you in the gardens for another hour of mingling and fun. The bars will then switch to cash bar and passed appetizers will no longer be offered after 6:30pm. If you also purchased pre-ordered meals and snacks\, pickup will be available at any time during the VIP or General Admission cocktail hours. \nGrand Tent General Admission Tickets – $40\nWith the purchase of a Grand Tent General Admission ticket you will have access to a pre-event cocktail hour starting at 6:30pm. During this cocktail hour you will have access to roam about the gardens\, cash bar\, and time to pick up your pre-ordered meals. You will select your seat from inside the Grand Tent space. Early admission will not be accommodated.\n \nTented Lawn General Admission Tickets – $30\nWith the purchase of a Tented Lawn General Admission ticket you will have access to a pre-event cocktail hour starting at 6:30pm. Explore how livestock\, pollinators\, and other farm animals use sight\, smell\, hearing\, touch\, and taste to find food\, stay safe\, and interact with their environment. Through fun\, hands-on activities and exploration at Nippert Barn\, families will learn how understanding animal senses helps farmers provide thoughtful\, compassionate care. \nFamily Discovery Time is a child-focused educational program on a selected topic for children and their families. Literacy and hands-on experiences will be combined to cultivate curiosity and discovery on the farm. Please dress to be out on the farm in our pastures\, gardens\, and natural areas. We may encounter mud and evidence of our livestock. \nPlease note\, the activities are targeted for children ages 5 and up. Younger siblings should be able to enjoy the experience with more adult help. \nTickets\n\n\n\n\n\nAdmission: $1 per person\nRegistration is required for all attendees\nChildren (ages 5–17) must be accompanied by a registered adult\nTickets must be purchased in advance\, and due to limited capacity\, walk-ins will not be accepted\nNo strollers permitted due to trail conditions\n\n\n\n\n\nWeather Policy\nThis event will take place rain or shine.
